2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Centro de Especialistas Forenses, acting as the controller of personal data obtained in the course of providing its services, and in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, hereby informs data subjects of these personal data privacy and handling policies.
These policies apply to all personal information recorded in the controller's databases, including data belonging to employees, clients, vendors, and associated third parties.
3. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
The processing of personal data is governed by the following provisions:
- Political Constitution of Colombia, Articles 15 and 20.
